Refund Policy


If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase through this site, or your shipment is damaged, and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the purchase.

1. Simply repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible); be sure to include the packing slip, as this contains the information we will need to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit card. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL OR A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED!

2. Contact us at help@entrepreneur.com or 800-421-2300 for further shipping instructions. Depending on the specific details of your return, we may issue an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) or a UPS Call Tag to be noted on your return package.

3. Once packaged to ship with the original packing slip, return via your preferred carrier to:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the return item back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
